The Challenge

The main challenge was developing a website tailored to academic writers and content suppliers. Wisedemics needed a platform that was secure, intuitive, and could handle a complex bid system, writer portfolios, and job postings. The integration of an ERP system was also a challenge to ensure data consistency and efficiency in workflow across the platform.

The Solution

Our solution, which was designed to meet Wisedemic's needs, leveraged Laravel as a backend framework, JavaScript for dynamic front-end interactions, Figma design, and MySQL database management. Our approach included:

Custom Web Development with Laravel: We used Laravel because of its robustness, security, and scalability to develop core functionalities for Wisedemics platform, such as writer registration, the profile management system, and the bidder system.

Dynamic Interface with JavaScript: To improve the user experience, JavaScript was used to create an interactive and dynamic front-end. This included real time updates for bidding and notifications for writers. Interactive dashboards were also created to track job status.

Intuitive design with Figma: Figma has been used to create an intuitive, user-friendly interface both for the administrative backend and writer portal. The design was centered around ease of navigation, clear job listings, and seamless bidding, to ensure a positive experience for academic writers.

Integration of ERP System: The website has been integrated with an ERP system to synchronize data such as writer profiles, job listings, and transactional information. This integration allowed for efficient management of the platform and ensured a smooth workflow among writers, content providers, administrators, etc.
