The Challenge

Baranh was faced with multiple operational challenges because of the lack of a system integrated that could manage various aspects of restaurant operations efficiently. Inefficiencies in the absence of a single platform affected customer service and ultimately business growth. A reliable solution was also needed to ensure customer satisfaction and manage online ordering. Baranh wanted to improve the dining experience on-premise with new features such as QR code scanning. This required a flexible and user-friendly system.

The Solution

We developed a comprehensive solution for Baranh that included a restaurant management application and a rider-delivery application using Laravel and MySQL technologies, Flutter and Android and iOS. The solution consisted of:

Restaurant Management System using Laravel and MySQL: We used Laravel’s robust framework, and MySQL’s reliable database management in order to create a comprehensive management system. This system includes modules for POS (Point of Sale), Kitchen Management, Accounting, and other important restaurant functions. All are integrated into a seamless user interface to make it easy to access and manage.

Rider Deliver App with Flutter:To ensure compatibility between Android and iOS, we created a cross-platform delivery app with Flutter. The app had features such as order management, tracking in real-time, and communication between the restaurant and its customers. This streamlined the delivery process.

Order Tracking System: To improve customer engagement and transparency we implemented an online tracking system in the restaurant management software. This allows customers to track the status of their order from the restaurant right up to their door.

Innovative table management system: We introduced a new table management system for on-premise dining that includes QR code scanning to access the menu and place orders. This feature enabled customers to scan QR codes placed on their tables, view the menu and place orders from their smartphones. They could even pay, improving the dining experience.
